Full Job Title: Bottling Hall Executive
Contract Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (currently Mon-Thurs 8am-6pm)
Salary: £29k

OVERVIEW
From very humble beginnings in a small unit in Leith, we are now filling thousands of bottles every week from our brand home, The Lind & Lime Gin Distillery on Coburg Street. This is a
busy, multi-use site from where we produce, package and distribute Lind & Lime Gin as well as a growing portfolio of other products. We also host tours of the distillery. You will work closely with the wider Operations team and sales team to ensure that we exceed the expectations of our UK and international clients. You will also liaise
with the Visitor Experience team to ensure that we maintain the high standard of experience our guests expect.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervision of the small bottling team, including rota & leave management
Maintain a high standard of finished goods, including quality control
Support Operations Controller with compliance – HMRC, SOPA (Organic), SALSA
Dry goods organisation and stock level monitoring in line with Operations Controller
General warehousing tasks – organisation, co-ordination of collections and facilitating deliveries
Assist the Lead Distiller with bonded liquid and HMRC compliance
Perform accurate daily stock production counts, weekly stock counts and monthly reports

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
REQUIRED
A proactive, self-starter attitude.
Full, clean, UK Driver’s Licence.
Willingness to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite/Google equivalent.
Eligible to work in the UK.
Strong organisational and planning skills
Desirable:
Knowledge of stock management systems.
Experience in spirits, manufacturing or warehousing.
Experience with team leadership including reporting upwards to management
SALARY & BENEFITS
£29,000 per annum.
29 days holiday per year (inc bank holidays), plus 1 extra day per full year worked
