THE LEITH ANNUAL

A YEARBOOK FOR LEITH.

In the 1950s and 60s, Leith was a busy and successful industrial and trading port. The Leith Dock Commission published annual handbooks which detailed the area’s ‘History and Development, together with information on its Trade, Facilities for Handling and Distributing Cargoes in and out, Schedules of Rates, etc.’

Today, these beautifully designed handbooks serve as exquisite time capsules of a year in Leith.

With Leith in the midst of a remarkable rejuvenation, we think it’s time to start making them again.
