Lind & Lime is our classic London Dry Gin. We produce it using just seven botanicals, with juniper at its core, complimented by fresh lime peel and pink peppercorn. This citrus twist on a classic style has proven hugely popular with consumers. 

Every ingredient we use is organic, including our base Grain Neutral Spirit and we’re in the process of securing our Organic Certification.

We produce our gin at The Lind & Lime Gin Distillery on Coburg Street in Leith, Edinburgh. We make it using a 1000L still powered with 100% green electricity. We also run regular tours at the distillery which regularly receive rave reviews from our visitors.

Our recipe took 18 months to perfect, work which is now paying off as we’ve won multiple international awards for the gin’s superior quality, including Gold from the Spirits Masters in the UK, Gold from Craft Spirits Berlin, Gold from The Bartenders Spirits Awards in the USA, a Masters medal from the 2023 Spirits Business Awards and selection for the ‘Best of the Best’ 2023 Robb Report.
